We are pleased to announce that the assets of HFW Huddersfield Ltd (incorporating Martin Sons & Co,
Hunt & Winterbotham, John G. Hardy, J. & J. Minnis) have been acquired by HMS International Fabrics Corp.,
a large, reputed American textile company.
HMS, established in 1974, is a wholesaler of fabrics for men's and women's clothing and uniforms in the US market.
It represents collections from Ermenegildo Zegna, Vitale Barberis, E. Thomas and other well-known brands from Italy.
As well, it wholesales its own vast collection of fabrics from Asia in a wide range of qualities.
Its affiliate, Gladson Ltd. supplies fabrics to tailors, men's specialty stores, custom clothiers and fabrics shops.
